Selective supplement for Neisseria and Haemophilus isolation
Packaging
Aseptically reconstitute 1 vial of Polyenrichment Growth Supplement (vial A)with 1 vial of Polyenrichment Restoring Solution (vial B).
Mix gently until complete dissolution and aseptically add to 500 ml of GC AGAR BASE (Cat.1106),autoclaved,cooled to 50 °C and with 2% hemoglobin solution added.Mix well and distribute into sterile containers.
If desired,this supplement can also be added to COLUMBIA AGAR BASE(Cat.1104),BLOOD AGAR BASE (Cat.1108)or BRUCELLA AGAR BASE (Cat.1012).
